File this one under weird…and disturbing…and borderline pedophilia. Lost in all the excitement of the SuperBowl, the cyborg (aka Horseshoe Jesus) being defeated, and national signing day, was the fact that it was reported in all seriousness that Lane Kiffin recruited and received a verbal commitment from a 13-year-old quarterback.Seriously. As funny and demented as I am, even I couldn’t make that up.I’m choosing not to list this kid’s name, as I don’t want to offer anymore free pub to this junior higher than he’s already gotten. And I certainly have no interest in forking over any blogosphere PR to USC either, being a diehard Longhorn graduate and all.But I will just say this: Anyone else have a problem with a 13-year-old being recruited by a team whose nickname is the Trojans?Pardon me while I go puke.
